Question : This is herpes right?

not really burning so much, I've peed a few times wouldn't it hurt a lot? Attached images.

I attached a few more photos. it's one bump on my pelvic area that is tender to the touch. does it look like herpes ?

it is an image of a canker sore. any idea what causes them ?

I attached another pic of the sores. seem to be healing. my final question is for something completely unrealted. I have internal hemmorids that never seem to go away. I've used prep h cream and suppositories but It never truly goes away. it causes constipation a lot and causes a build up of gas in my stomach because I can't fart. I am overweight, im 6 ft around 250... any idea how I can get rid of them for good ?

I am not trained to treat hemorrhoids, though, I would suggest a few general measures like increasing your water intake and dietary fiber intake (cereals, fruits, vegetables and less of refined products and sugars) would help. In addition, laxatives would help soften stools and therefore, you would avoid straining at the toilet. However, I suggest you to discuss with a surgeon regarding specific measures like banding, sclerotherapy etc.
