Brief Answer:

About your concern:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

First of all, I do not agree with your treatment. Steroids are not recommended to treat Hashimoto thyroiditis because the side effects of steroids may be very serious and levothyroxine can substitute very well the thyroid function.

Anyway, regarding actual symptoms, I would suggest a synacten stimulation test to evaluate the adrenal function.
It may be still suppressed by the corticosteroids you have taken.

Do not hesitate to attach the results.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
