Hello,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern for your wife...

Well at this age group, this type of pain can be due to several (medical or surgical) reasons...

Please let me know the following:

-By stomach pain, which part of the abdomen are you referring, please specify or you can even take a picture of the area with a marker and simply upload it here...

-How is the pain? Is it sharp-piercing/dull-aching/throbbing or any other types?

-Is it staying in the same part or spreading somewhere else?

-Did you wife have any past/present medical surgical concerns or take any medications due to any particular reason?

-You said she went for motion, how was it? Is her bowel habits regular?

-Was it associated with any other complaints like nausea/vomiting/daily lack of appetite/difficulty urination?

Brief Answer:
follow-up consultation...

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,

Well, it could be related to the gallbladder, appendix or even inadequate bowel evacuation or some reasons also...For check-up, a prompt clinical evaluation and an Ultrasound abdomen needed to be done...

I'd advise her to be taken to any nearby healthcare facility for the same...

Meanwhile, she can take a simple pain-killer like Tab PARACETAMOL 650mg stat dose and an antacid like Cap. PANTOPRAZOLE 40mg stat dose (for now only) for the time being...Don't eat anything solid until further evaluation done...

Let me know if I can assist you further...

Take Care
Kind Regards

Her galbladder is removed three years ago as stones were there so probably it could be insufficient bowl evacuation as u stated when you say paracetamol can we take dolo 650? For the time being and take to doctor in the morning?

Again thank you for your support
cheers

Brief Answer:
follow-up consultation...

Detailed Answer:
Well, when I asked regarding the history, you haven't mentioned them earlier...

As already stated, it could be due to several other reasons. Yes, she can take Dolo 650, let her take the antacid (PAN 40mg) also as mentioned, and observe for a while...

If despite this pain and discomfort doesn't subside within a while, then better to take her to the hospital ER for prompt evaluation. Otherwise, she can see the doctor in the morning.

Kind Regards
