Brief Answer:
A number of causes

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Please note that this could be due to a number of causes including renal insufficiency, hypothyroidism, increased salt intake and venous insufficiency.

So, firstly, I would recommend that you get a blood test to check on your thyroid hormonal profile including T3, T4, and TSH together with a blood test to check on your renal functions including urea and creatinine.

Also, try to reduce the salt intake in your diet and if the previous tests came back normal then you should get a doppler study on your legs and arms to assess your circulatory status.

I hope you find this helpful.
Feel free to ask further.
Regards
