Question : For Dr. Bhagyesh V. XXXXXXX

Sir now stress i reduced as compared to previous days. I am using turmeric powder daily half teaspone in water or milk now 2 days.
Lymph node swelling is reduced and pain is also like 60 % or 70% reduced. Although i dont have much pain or sharp pain before but its less.
Sir now i have 2 questions, as i could not stop my self in last somedays for searching on internet about these lymph glands. One line in most of the websites is" if you have lymph nodes with no apparent reason its serious" what does that means.
As you were right that i dont have fever or my lymp nodes are not too much big or hard etc.but sir 2 month back same type of pain i found when i woke up and same day i had a fever . That finished in next 2 days. Is that was a serious thing.?

Brief Answer:
net is not mentioning for normal size lymph nodes XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome again.

* First of all, let me clarify that use internet as supportive measure only rather
than totally relying upon all lines written on it. Many of the data are hypothetical
without supportive evidences of facts.

* " If you have lymph nodes with no apparent reasons " indicate that lymph node
presence without any other obvious cause is problematic, where the lymph node
size is bigger say 2-3 times than normal ( that will not be written on net, it is
clinical knowledge which can guide you )

* To be more precise, the lymph nodes are always present in each and every
human being in innumerable amount from head to toe.
It can be palpable in many individuals beneath the skin without any reason or
disease.

* The fever of HIV remains persistent for prolong period of time, not like your case
where it appears for 1-2 days and then disappear for months.

Hope this will help you to clear your further doubts.
Regards.

Sir its just a wrong click that why auto generated message of attachment.i have not sent attachment.
Sir i understand your answer. My pains are very less in neck or throat region. Now i have slight pain in ears its not the proper pain but its something slight dull pain in both ears. What is that sir?
And sir kindly tell me the is that possible during high stress lymph nodes start swelling???
And 3rd sir how much turmeric in one day i can use?

One more question is about the risk of hiv. I know as per you first answer you explained that internet details might be only supportive measures. So sir how do you think the details or stats for hiv transmission are real on internet???

Means its mentioned even unprotected sex will have 1 in 2000 chance of getting hiv. Is that true? Means protected is more less then that? Even condom is not used or removed properly still chances are less.??

Brief Answer:
follow up .

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

1. Dull pain in both ears might be atmospheric pressure changes or humidity
related.
2. During stress, lymph nodes do not start swelling, but you notice the pre
existing swelling as enlarged ones.
3. Turmeric should be consumed 2 grams per day.
4. Actual transmission of HIV is more than internet data, as there are innumerable
cases which are not reported on internet.
5. Chances during unprotected sex vary depending upon the HIV status of both
partners, viral load during the particular act, type of exposure vaginal or anal
and other supportive facts.
And that for protected sex is obviously very very less.

During unprotected sex :
@ For receptive vaginal sex, with a known HIV positive person, chances of
transmission of HIV is 1 transmission in 50 exposures which is 2%
@ The same for anal sex is 20%

* The chances when condom not used , comes under category of unprotected sex
while improperly removed condom comes under category of protected sex.

Hope this makes your doubts still further clarified.

Thanks for detailed reply
Then sir what will be the ratio for insertive veginal sex?
And what are the innumerable conditions?
And sir does condom break or damage is noticeable? Means how i know my condom was ok or not.
3rd sir if during condom removal virginal fluid touch the penis why still its not possible to transfer hiv?

Brief Answer:
follow up .

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

1. For insertive vaginal sex, the chances of female getting HIV from HIV positive
male is 1 in 1250

2. Innumerable conditions are those not reported to health authorities as in far
slum areas, poor countries where there are limited resources of health, those
data are not reflected over the net.

3. Condom break is noticeable during removal itself, when there is substantial
amount of tear visible outside.
Minor damage is microscopic and needs to be checked by inflating the used
condom with air.

4. Usually one removes condom after taking penis out from the vagina, so during
removal of condom, there are not that much chances of vaginal fluid to come
in contact with penis and transfer HIV.

Thank you.

doctor
Answered by Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel (33 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
follow up .

Detailed Answer:
Hi

1. For Receptive vaginal sex, it was meant that chances of male to get HIV from HIV
positive female ( interest of your case )
For Insertive vaginal sex, means chances of female to get HIV from HIV positive
male ( not interest of your case )

2. The simple touching of vaginal fluid to penis does not transmit HIV as it requires a
blood barrier in form of cut or wound to transmit the virus from vaginal fluid.

Ok sir i understand in my case its less.
Last 2 questions
Penis yeast infection is the most horrible thing that i had faced. Related to hiv fear. At that time i was in stress due to under chin pains of lymph nodes or may be salivary gland etc.does stress can effect like that?? i asked this question again just Because as per my knowledge hiv symptoms finished after some time then comes again with aids. Do think that my b a reason. I hope not . That why yeast infection finished.
2nd sir is there any allergy that can cause slight lymp nodes swelling? Because last year i woke up direct with high throat undee chin pains without fever. What could be that???

Brief Answer:
follow up .

Detailed Answer:
Hi

* Penile yeast infection is a sign of super added infection from lower level
immunity, from any underlying problem as stress, HIV or others.
If HIV symptoms finished and AIDS coming was the matter, you would not have
been asking here like this, you would have been in AIDS hospital.
So that is not the case with you.

* Allergy can give rise to lymph node enlargement in drainage areas as neck in
upper respiratory allergies.

u means in my case reason of penis yeast infec could be hiv? sir i have studied a long duration between hiv to aids is without any symptoms or mild symptoms.is that true?

Does allergy can cause same symptoms as i have? Of throat etc?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel (42 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
follow up .

Detailed Answer:
Hi

* It would be improper to fit the study of long duration between HIV and AIDS with
our case and misguide the mind, I have never meant HIV as a reason for yeast
infection in your case.

* Allergy can give same symptoms as you have in many individuals, but not all.
