Use of Indoor tanning beds can lead to higher risk of developing skin cancers by exposing the skin to two types of UV rays, UVA and UVB. The malignancies including melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, and squamous cell carcinoma can be caused by indoor tanning. So, it should be avoided.
