Question : My hiv antibody 1&2 elisa test are negative after 6 months , is it conclusive ?should i need any further testing ?

Hello,

Further testing is not needed unless the source of exposure had both hepatitis C and HIV. If this is the case the repeat testing should be done at 12 months

hello,
in people who have concomitant hepatitis C and HIV. it takes longer for the blood test to become positive hence the recommendation to test at 12 months
