Question: my son was born at 36 weeks 4 days. His birth details are as follows:
birth weight: 2.75 KGS
length: 48 cm
HC: 32 cm

I want to know if his length and HC is proportional to his gestational age?

At age of 36 weeks 4 days the weight of 2.75 kgs and length and head circumference of 48 and 32 cm respectively is appropriate for gas tat ion age.
If we plot the growth chart all the parameters come around 50th centile a value between 10 and 90 centile which is considered to be normal.

This is growth chart for premature babies as per XXXXXXX academy of pediatrics.
Here you yourself can plot the growth chart and then it will be easy to monitor the growth of your baby.
