Brief Answer:
You have a bladder/urine infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Lymphocytes value means that you may have had an infection tge last two weeks or have one now. For example a viral infection.

ALT value that you have is not significant. It is the liver function and can be that high (slightly) when you have taken specific medicines or drank alcohol the night before or eaten food that get metabolized through the liver.

wbc in the urine means that you have an urine infection and that you need to take antibiotics to treat it otherwise can go in the kidneys and cause damage. Especially if you have symptoms, call the doctor anyway even there is no early appointment. It cannot wait 4 weeks and the doctor knows that so I'm sure if you point them to your symptoms and to that result, they will make some time to prescribe you antibiotics.

Hope this helps.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
