There are drugs to kill scabies and all its eggs. I don't know what the problem is but if you have an entire community infested with scabies, then a problem of community hygiene has to be tackled.
Permethrin and lindane are effective at killing scabies mites and their eggs. Local administration is sufficient and effective.
