Yes, there are some antidepressants that have not much adverse effects on sex drive and even have positive effects. Bupropion is one of commonly used antidepressant that has no sexual side effects. In proper dose the drug has efficacy equivalent to Lexapro.

Trazodone is another option. This drug too has no sexual side effects. Newer drugs like Vilazodone also has good efficacy and less sexual side effects compared to Lexapro.
