hello Sir please find attached images. Cyst is about 8mm in diameter. this is the only one cyst on my body from last 6 months. my age is 29 yrs, 178 cm height and 86 kg weight. I work as a software consultant.there is no pain as such

Hi,

I didn't find any images. However, kindly follow the below treatment.

Internal medication:

Kanchanaru guggulu
XXXXXXX kasayam

Avoid taking sweet and sour taste food.

Chitrakadi Taila (external application only) apply on cyst area. Since it is hot potent may cause irritation. If it happens kindly add sesame oil and dilute and apply the same.

Since your BMI shows overweight. Kindly reduce starch food and add more fiber-based vegetable and fruits.

Hi,

Since the picture shows that it is a sebaceous gland infection.

Avoid the above prescription.

kindly take Gandaka rasayanam (Internal medication).

Wash your face with tirpala kasayam. Add tripala powder and wash the face with the tripala kasayam.

Apply kumkumadi oil on the affected area.

Take just 3 -5 drops of the oil into your hands, apply a light coat of it evenly onto the face or to the acne area. Do a gentle massage with your fingers. Leave it for 10 – 20 minutes. Wash off with hot water.

Avoid junk, fried and fatty food.
