Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the question and understand your concerns.
Both Eltroxin and Thyronorm are two brands of same medication - Thyroxine. (Just like Calpol and Dolo for paracetamol). The TSH of 2.1 and 2.9 is not significantly different. So you can continue with any one medication- Eltroxin or Thyronorm.
