Question : Hi,
I'm considering switching from Lunesta 1mg to Remeron 7.5mg for anxiety-induced insomnia. Can I take both at this dosage together safely at night for sleep? (I've been on Lunesta for a week, but it's not effective - yesterday had 3 hours of sleep only, so considering starting on Remeron).

There are no serious drug interactions between lunesta and remeron.

You can take them together.

But as both drugs can cause sedation, please take care that you do not indulge in heavy machinery work or driving after taking these drugs.
