Brief Answer:
risk of interaction between the lexapro and contrave (bupropion aspect )

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There is a risk of interaction between the contrave (a combination of bupropion and naltrexone ) and lexapro.

Lexapro is thought to increase the toxicity of the bupropion aspect of the contrave. There is a possible risk of reduced seizure threshold meaning that there is an increased risk of seizures.

Alternative would be best.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
