Brief Answer:
yes, please contact the prescribing doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

it is true that esomeprazole and other drugs may interact with citalopram's (celexa) metabolism. Esomeprazole causes an increased concentration of citalopram which means that your body is exposed to more citalopram than normally. This may cause more side-effects by citalopram (arrhythmias).
Please contact your doctor, you'll need to change either the regimen or the dosage. If the dosage cannot be changed then it has to be the regimen.
I hope I've helped!
If you have further questions, please ask. I'll be glad to answer!

Kind Regards!
