Brief Answer:
Significant interactions possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

There is significant chance of interaction between the drugs you described. Especially in relation to alcohol, if the beers were alcoholic. Ambien, amitriptyline and valium have significant interaction with alcohol and can result in increased sedation, hepatotoxicity and deterioration of motor skills. It would be advisable to accompany a friend or relative to the E.R and get yourself checked for any acute toxicity.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
