Are There Any Interactions Between Xanax, Melatonin And Magnesium?

Question : Hi, I just started a recommended regimen (about 15 minutes ago in fact) to try and stop Xanax for sleep. As usual I didn't think to check drug interactions ahead of time! I take 40 mg of Prozac every morning. The regimen tonight was 1 mg melatonin, 500 mg 5 HTP, 400 mg magnesium, and 2000 IU Vit D. I immediately started to feel anxious but didn't know if it was the supplements or because I looked up interactions after the fact. What should I do now?
