Brief Answer:
SSRI group of medications are first line of treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Although it is never possible to diagnose the condition without physically seeing you in person but the available details indicates possibility of anxiety disorder. 24 year male with no apparent disease presenting with tiredness, excessive sleep, breathlessness, feeling of passing out with weird sensation in body almost clearly establishes the possibility of anxiety disorder in particular generalised anxiety disorder.

In regard to medications I feel SSRI group of medications are first choice. On the current date there are multiple options available which include fluoxetine, sertraline, paroxetine, escitalopram and Fluvoxamine. Although every available medication have their merits and de merits I feel escitalopram can be choosen as first choice.

If the excessive sleep is considered Sertraline will make a better choice among the available options.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.

Brief Answer:
Yes they can be manifestations of anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

Most of the symptoms described above can be the manifestations of anxiety other than palpitation after taking just 10 steps which could indicate heart problem.

In my opinion you should consult a heart specialist as he will be able to rule out any heart problem in case the palpitations are part of it.

I hope this helps you further.
Thanks and regards.
