Brief Answer:
serious interaction possible

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

These medications are not used together. There is a serious risk of interaction.

They both act by increasing the levels of a chemical called serotonin. Used individually it is ok but together they would cause very high levels.

Very high serotonin levels can potentially cause the serotonin syndrome.

Serotonin syndrome results in mental status changes (confusion, agitation, restlessness), increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, excess sweating, dilated pupils in the eyes, twitching muscles, increased temperature , tremors.

It would be best to find an alternative to one of these, should not be used together

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
