Thanks for writing to health care magic.
Fiber gummies will not do any serious harm. Mild diarrhea or vomiting can occur for next one or two days.
You can give ondansetron if the kid vomits.
For diarrhoea , just ensure oral rehydration with electrolyte solution like pedialyte.
If your grandkid has severe stomach ache , you need to consult your nearby doctor .
