Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and health concerns in detail ,
The best way to increase your odds of getting pregnant quickly is to make sure that you are having sex at the right time in your cycle. If you have regular cycles, you will ovulate around two weeks before your period. This means your fertile window will be the seven days before your expected ovulation.
If you have irregular cycles, it can be a little more difficult to predict when you will ovulate and when your fertile window will be.
There are a number of techniques that you can use to more precisely pinpoint your ovulation and fertile window.
Ovulation predictor kit. These kits are similar to a urine pregnancy test. You will urinate on the test strips every morning, starting a few days before you think you will ovulate. The test strips detect luteinizing hormone (LH). It surges right before ovulation. Once you get a positive result (check your test instructions for details), you should have sex that day and for the next few days. These test kits are available over the counter at your pharmacy.
Other factors are -
Do get a preconception checkup. ...
Do get to know your cycle. ...
Don't worry about the best positions for getting pregnant. ...
Do lay low right after intercourse. ...
Don't overdo it. ...
Do de-stress any way you can. ...
Do live a healthy life.
Some women with PCOS respond well to a combination of metformin and clomiphene. Women with hyperprolactinemia have too much of the hormone prolactin in their blood, which interferes with ovulation. Women with this condition who want to conceive will most likely take bromocriptine or cabergoline to restore ovulation.
I hope this answers your query.

Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Your period are almost regular ,
other method for calculation of ovulation are -
Basal body temperature. By measuring your basal body temperature every morning before getting out of bed, you might be able to detect a very slight rise in temperature for three mornings in a row. The temperature rise may be as little as half of a degree. This can be a signal of your fertile window and indicates that you should have sex. This method isn’t always reliable because there are a lot of different factors (like infection) that can cause a rise in temperature. Some women also find it difficult to detect that rise in temperature.
Cervical mucus changes. As the ovarian follicle (a small sac in the ovary that contains the maturing egg) develops, your estrogen level rises. This rise in estrogen causes your cervical mucus to become thin and slippery. You may also notice an increase in cervical mucus. As you start seeing these changes, you should begin having sex every day or every other day until ovulation. Once ovulation occurs, your cervical mucus will be become thick and sticky. It also may appear cloudy.
Follicular monitoring. If you’re having difficulty tracking your ovulation using the above methods, you can talk to your doctor about your options. Some doctors will monitor you with regular blood hormone tests and ultrasounds of your ovaries. This will help you know exactly when your ovulation will occur.
Hope my answer is helpful.

but please let me know is that possible that you are not ovulating in your cycle and what this will cause by and is this is the serious issue.
This is the first time for me to TTC so i am really worried why this is not happening till this time and is there any issue to consult or check with doc or not on this. Coz as you said ovulation kit do results but in my case it doesn't happened. that makes me more worried now.
Ovulation is necessary for conception.
Detailed Answer:
Usually if the periods are regular then ovulation happens on time. If the periods are irregular then ovulation may not happen and it causes delay in conception.
If you are having regular daily sex during the fertile days for last six months without any conception then you need to consult a gynecologist for an evaluation.
Regards.
