I have reviewed the attached images. This is not consistent with molluscum or HPV. This is more suggestive of after shave folliculitis. They look like pustular lesions. If these fail to resolve within a few days, I will recommend you get an appointment to have this reviewed as it would be unlikely to be a simple after shave infection.

Hi doctor thank you for your answer. I have these around for about a couple of weeks. I was not sure of what they were and hesitant to act on it. Since they have been around for about a month or so, how am I able to rid myself of these ?

They don’t contain fluid more like a waxy substance, not oozy like pus although
