Question : I caught cold 5 days back. and took MOX CV and Allegra M which generally does the job for me as I am prone to catching cold rather frequently say around 2-5 times a year. when I catch cold it gets worse day by day and lasts for 7-10 days. this time also i had same medication and was feeling alright until yesterday afternoon. after a nap I am having fever, bodyache and headache.

You can take:
Tab. Azithromycin 500 mg 1-0-0 for 5 days After Food,
Tab. Montek LC 10 mg 0-0-1 for 10 days After food.
Tab. Sinarest 1-0-1 for 2 days after food.
Tab. Dolo 650 S.O.S, for fever, bodyache or headache. Maximum 4 tablets/day.
Tab, Limcee once daily for 30 days After food.
Cap. Becadexamin once daily for 30 days after food.

Warm salt water gargling and mouth rinse thrice daily or after meal/drink
Steam inhalation and deep breathing exercises for 20 minutes twice daily.
