Brief Answer:

I would like to give vaccination for Hepatitis B

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The Hexaxim contains DTP, hemophilus influenzae, Hepatitis B and injectable polio vaccine.

The scheduled dose at 6 months is of hepatitis vaccine.

The first dose is to be given at birth, the second dose after 4 weeks of first and third after 8 weeks of first or 4 weeks of the second dose.

The third dose is to be given after 16 weeks of the first dose and not before 6 months(24weeks) of age.

The last dose in your case was given at 14 weeks and before 24 weeks of age.

This is the schedule followed by all pediatrician and given by XXXXXXX academy of pediatrics. As per this schedule, I would like to give the hepatitis B vaccine.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
