No you need not to add extra fats.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.

In general vegetables contains protein,Carbohydratess and Fats. Most of the absorption occur in the small intestine.Once proteins are broken down by proteases they are absorbed as dipeptides, tripeptides, and individual amino acids. Carbohydrates including both sugar and starch molecules, are broken down by enzymes in the intestine to disaccharides called sucrose, lactose, and maltose, and then finally into the end-products known as glucose, fructose, and galactose, which are absorbed mostly by active transport. Lipase, an enzyme in the pancreas and the small intestine, and bile from the liver, break down lipids into fatty acids and monglycerides; these end-products then are absorbed through villi cells as triglycerides.
Spome vitamins are fat soluble while other are water soluble,Therefore some amount of fat in diet is required to absorb those vitamins which are only fat soluble.

As per your query No you don't need to add extra fat as steamed meat contains the amount of fat required by our body.Even vegetable also contain fats(though very less).

Overall diet should consist of-
Carbohydrate -60%,Maximum low glycemic index.
Protein -20-30%
Fat- 15-20%
out of which less then 7% should be saturated and rest should be unsaturated.
Fibres- 30-40 grams per day of which 80% should be soluble fibres,
Salt less then 3 gram sodium per day.

So Don't worry you need not to add any thing extra, just take it from natural source. The amount required by human to stay healthy is provided in natural food by nature.

Hope i answered your query well.
Regards.
