Question : If my AST is 717 u/l and my ALT is 527 what does that indicate?

Hi,

These values are very high and suggest acute liver damage. You should certainly follow up with a gastroenterologist about this. In the meantime, avoid all medications not prescribed by your doctor especially Tylenol.
