Brief Answer:
A picture could be very helpful in determining the diagnosis...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

I understand. It could have been better to have a picture of the lesions you have on your penis skin; however, I can say as following:
- usually the balanitis lesions do hurt or associated with genital pain or itchiness
- as you are not having any pain or itchiness; that makes me think over possible genital warts. However, if I had the picture could have give a more precise diagnosis.

For the moment, I can only say to keep good genital hygiene, do not scratch the lesions. Can also consult further with a dermatologist.

Circumcision is also a good alternative to protect from future balanitis or other problems during sexual intercourse.

All the best!
