Are Visual Aura Associated With Migraine Leading To Slight Pain Something To Worry About During Menopause?

Question: Yesterday I had the visual aura of a migraine and when it went away I had
very little pain. Does this mean anything? the lack of much pain? I have
had migraines since 1973 and they used to completely disrupt my life with
pain, nausea and vomiting, sensitivity to light. It was impossible to
function. Since menopause, it seems that the pain is diminished to just an
annoyance. Is there some reason for this? X-rays have shown a bone spur in
my neck and arthritis. It occurred to me that maybe I should ask if there
is any significance to the lessening of pain of just something to rejoice
over.
