Brief Answer:
probbaly gastroenterocolitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
These are sign of food poisoning or bacterial enterocolitis and in most cases isnt causing serious consequances. it is just important to prevent dehydration and she must drink as much fluid as possible, even more than 3.5 liters per days. She may lose minerals and electrolytes and water and this can lead to fatigue and even more serious consequances.
So if you cant rehydrate her good enough you should take her to nearest ER/Hospital for IntraVenous Fluid therapy at the earliest to prevent any further complications.
Wish you good health.
