Most likley, yes.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to this portal!
I have examined the pictures submitted by you minutely and these match the common variety of viral warts.
In my practice, I have seen many patients which suffered from warts but still the same were not transmitted to their intimate family members like between spouses, between parents and children. This implies that warts , even though infectious, are not always transmitted by a single close contact.
Under the situation, you just need to be observant over the next few weeks to months and report whenever you notice any skin lesion.
At this time, no action is required if your skin is clear.
We hope that you never catch the problem.
Our best wishes, always!

Hi
Welcome back!
I agree with you that some warts may look like skin tags. Generally, the skin tags would be found as multiple lesions of longer duration and will stay there without a major change, that is not showing growth, and may be hanging or otherwise. They also show less distortion of normal skin markings than warts
Even in the pictures that you submitted, the lesion shows a rough surface which is more in favor of warts. Moreover, it is better to stay safe and be observant than to have to seek treatment later by paying less attention at this stage as warts can spread.
Moreover, skin tags tend to be knobbly and show lesser features of growth and therefore, are less bothersome while these features are missing in warts.Warts are infectious and are therefore more worthy of attention.
I am sure you will take advantage of the information and have great skin.
Best wishes
