I have seen the image. This looks like a mild swelling of the lower eyelid but there is no redness in the eyes. Please answer my questions below -

1. Is there any redness or watering of the eyes?
2. Is there any itching of the eyes?
3. Is anybody in the house or people who come into contact with the kid is having conjunctivitis?
4. Is her urine output appropriate?
5. Is there any personal or family history of kidney related disorders?

Viral conjunctivitis - suggested remedies

Hi,

Thank you for getting back with the requested information.

After the symptom analysis and looking at the image I feel that this could be a viral conjunctivitis.

Cleaning up the eyes 4 or 5 times a day with fresh clean water at room temperature will suffice.

But sometimes secondary bacterial infection can occur in viral conjunctivitis. So I suggest you put Ciplox eye drops, One drop in each eye 4 times a day for a period of 3-5 days.

If itching is there you can use syrup Levocetirizine 2.5 ml, 2 times a day, orally for a period of 3 days.
