Question : My wife just took a tylenol and has become very weak, and dissey, could this be a side effect or something else?

She has been healthy, no health issues before this.

I am afraid this could be more serious than a reaction to Tylenol.

Welcome to healthcare magic.com. Unless this Tylenol was like a Tylenol PM with some Benadryl and it. I would worry that something else is going on with the wife. The weakness and dizziness could mean that she is having some form of a stroke if not a transient XXXXXXX stroke. Please have her evaluated at an urgent care, your local doctors office, or emergency department. Better safe than sorry. good luck.
