Question : As a 69 year old male, I am not surprised to find my libidio lowered and also ED. But it has gotten significantly worse in last 6 months. Should I get tested for testosterone level. And then what is the course of treatment if my tests show low level?

I read your query and understand your concern.
I don't think you should check your testosterone levels.
I think you ED comes from you being hypertensive, obese, and using antihypertensive drugs.
The fact that is getting worse in last six months is due to antihistamines (levocyterizine) you were using lately for your allergic rhinitis.
ED should get better when you stop antihistamines. Also try to lose weight and add physical activity in your everyday routine.
I don't recommend sidenafil because it can worsen congestion and stomach issues.
I can recommend horny goat weed, a natural chinese medication used to elevate libido and ED. It is possibly safe and with less side effects.
