Question : As a user with a prescribed sublingual nitroglycerine (when needed, spinal cord injury) can I apply the spray to my penis? Would it achieve the same effect as nitroglycerine cream hat is rubbed into penis to treat

I am quadriplegic
I have perfect healthy heart
I am legally prescribed Levitra
I am legally prescribed Nitroglycerine for emergency use in case of high blood pressure.
I know I'm not to use it together!
I have low rigidity ED and Levitra helps, but I'd like to use a faster and less-side effects treatment.
Currently in UK there is no Nitro creme I was able to get in USA.
Since nitroglycerine creme is allegedly helping ED, can I use the spray and rub it on the penis as I could do with a creme?
