Question : As per the Doctor's Opinion we need to Carry out Operation for the removal of Uterus and we therefore need your opinion on the said reports being attached.

Whether it is mandatory to go for Operation or Medicines could help her out. Incase of medicines please let us know what all medicines should be prescribed.
Prior i.e 6 years back she was having Urine infection.

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

I have gone through your query and also the attached reports. I would like to offer some information.

1. On clinical examination, the cervix is unhealthy as it is bleeding on touch. This is correlated by histopathological examination.

2. There is a loculated cyst in the ovary which needs regular monitoring and active management even though the tumor marker test is reported normal.

3. Considering the age, since child-bearing is no longer a criterion for conservative management through procedures like conization after colposcopy, surgery to remove the cervix, uterus and the ovary/ovaries as needed, is the best option.
