As Per The Semen Analysis Test,do We Have Any Chance In Getting Kids?

Question : hi my husband did semen analysis test and got the below results :

total sperm count 21 mill/vol
normal forms 40% abnormal 60 %
total motility : 50 in minutes , 25 in 3 hours and 5 in 6 hours

do we have any chance in getting kids ? how can he improve his results knowing he is a non smoker doesnt eat junk food since a year and is not fat ??

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply

1. The semen analysis of your husband is normal.

2. If you still wish to improve ask him to Excercise regularly and have healthy diet.

3. Let him wear loose undergarments.

4. Repeat the semen analysis in a standard good lab after 3 months to check improvement.

5. As of now this semen analysis is good enough to conceive.
