Question : I had an ankle arthroscopic on 8/25 with nerve block. I am on no weight bearing instructions in a boot. At random times my foot will have the sensation of about to fall asleep feeling with tingling. Is this normal,? The nerve block wore off after 2 days. This happens randomly at other times it feels normal as it can.

Your symptoms seem to be related to the ankle arthroscopic procedure.
During this procedure, the nerves can be disturbed.
This can cause tingling sensation after the procedure.
It usually goes away gradually.
I recommend to use ice compresses to help with the tingling sensation.
I also suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen.
If the symptoms continue, you can see a physical therapist for better recovery.
