Brief Answer:
Normal report

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

This is a very normal report. Only problem showing is vitamin D and B12 deficiency. Most probably its due to vegetarian diet.

My suggestion as follows:
- CALONAT-D3 tab (calcium 500 mg, cholecalciferol 1000 IU) one daily for 2-3 months and recheck vitamin D levels after 3 months. Watch out for any excess dose side effects like muscle spasms, constipation, etc.
- Tab Neurobion plus one daily for 5-6 months and recheck the vitamin B12 after 6 months.

Rest of report is normal.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
