Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...

I've gone through the reports of your dad and let me assure that all the parameters reported well within the normal limits, so not to worry...

There's just a borderline rise in the uric acid level, for which please ensure he drinks an adequate amount of water throughout the day (at least 2-2.5ltr per day), avoid too much red meat/red lentils (Masoor Dal), avoid fast/junk foods, have plenty of fresh green salads, avoid alcohol (if at all consume)...

Rest everything seems to be fine, just additionally ensure he engages into some form of daily physical activities (even 30-45min of daily free hand exercises, jogging will do)...

Let me know if I can assist you further...
Wish you good health...

Take Care
Kind Regards

Doctor - Appreciate the quick response and thanks for the advice. My dad is involved in regular exercise for about 30 minutes every morning - before which a walk of 30 minutes is routine.

One quick one - The "Glycosylated Haemoglobin (HbA1c)" of 5.8 % caught my eye in the report - in the pre-diabetic range - safe to ignore?

Brief Answer:
safe to ignore if he's already following a healthy diabetic diet regime...

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,

Yes, let him be as much physically active as possible for now...

Don't worry about 5.8% of HbA1C, as we don't treat the reports but the patients...So, if he's following a healthy diet plan devoid of processed/deep fried/oily foods, not too many carbohydrates, there's nothing to worry...

Apart from that, you may additionally get a diet chart made by the dietitian from your dashboard (do mention his height, present body-weight, dietary preferences, and this present cholesterol, uric acid, and blood sugar profiles)...

That way you can monitor his diet from time to time and adjust accordingly...

Not too worry though, as they can be easily corrected with some daily dietary and lifestyle modifications...

Take Care
Kind Regards
