I have mailed the reports to mentioned email id’s.
Brief Answer:
Supplementation
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the report.
I have gone through the report and found a few derangements.
Your cholesterol levels are a bit High, exercise and diet comprising low fat and low carbohydrates would help.
Vitamin D is low you will be needing supplementation with Cholecalciferol 60000units taken once a week for 8 weeks followed by monthly once for 8 months.
Vitamin B12 ie also low. A daily dose of methylcobalmine 750mcg taken at night after food for 1 months might solve the issue
Your IgE levels are too high, this indicates presence of allergy.
Do you have any sort of allergies, asthama or long term cold etc ?
There are a few other minor derangements for which there is no need for intervention.
