Hello for 1 month and a half I have the white spot. I ve done all STD tests. According to urologist is some kind of balanitis, deramtologist doesn;t know.
Should I consider lichen sclerosis? I find it very difficult to treat with local oiments

Brief Answer:
The yellow sperm is not worrisome if STIs are ruled out. The tip of the penis seems more white but does not give the impression of a thickened area- it may need to be observed in time.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome back,
I carefully checked the pictures.

Lichen sclerosis may cause white patches in the tip of the penis and the area may feel hard to the touch and also may be itchy. There are some cases it does not cause itchiness.
Examination of the patches, other than seeing them would be very helpful to consider lichen sclerosis. As I can see in the pictures, it does not give me the impression of the thickened mucosa. The glans area seems a bit more pale than usual in color but does not have the typical appearance of lichen sclerosis as yet. It may need to be followed in time.
What creams have you used so far? In lichen sclerosis, a clobetasol ointment 0.05% can be used every night for a few weeks. During treatment, regular checks with the urologist may be needed. So, you may consider using only clobetasol ointment once a day at the moment.
As for the yellow sperm, if the STIs are ruled out, there is nothing to worry about it. It can be normal if there are no problems with urination (frequency or pain with urination) and if there are no STIs.

I hope this answers your query and is helpful. Let me know if I may assist you further.
