Question: Attached you'll find pictures with my genitals. Please tell me what are those white spots on my penis and what should I do.
Also my sper is yellow

t is mostly infection of Glans Penis (Ballanitis)

Based on the facts and photographs that you have uploaded It seems that you have infection of Glans Penis (Ballanitis).

The white spots that you have on Glans are thick dried mucus secretion.

Take antibiotic like Ampicillin along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotic ointment Neosporin twice daily .

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to practice protected sex .

thank you for your answer, I ve been to urologist and dermathologist but they are unclear about the diagnosis.
Also I forgot to mention I have a pain into my urethra both to the entrance and to half of it, the pain is sharp and suddent, like 6 hours difference.
Also I have mucus and calcium oxadate into my urine.
Should I take into consideration lichen sclerosis(balanitis xerotica obliterans)?

The pain in urethra could be due to inflammation of urethra (Urethritis which should be taken care of by the antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs suggested earlier .

This condition started to show up after having protected sex, but at removal the condom kind of got glued on my penis head, also I applied 2 sprays of izopropilic alchohol on my penis gland as a cleaning procedure after sex(which now I know it s wrong).
Can it be because of condom, or izopropilic alchohol?

Any brand cream you recommend? I tried Tri Derm, some cream with hialuronic acid and not working. This condition I have for about 2 months, any chance to go away?
