I have pain by time to time I think on the top of my penis and urethra which is more like a burning sensation, sometimes hurts my testicoles and around that area, but pain is very small.

Topical steroid & moisturizing lotion

The area on the penile head seems to be slightly red and dry.
It could be causing the pain and burning.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like mometasone ( momate cream) cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a moisturizing lotion ( cetaphil moisturizing lotion) on the entire penis and scrotum 3-4 times in a day for 7-10 days.
This should improve your condition:
