Thanks for writing back
Yes, the cholesterols are a bit deranged. Triglycerides are high, this can be due to excess carbohydrates consumption. As i said earlier its better to cut on simple carbohydrates like sugar jaggery etc as much as possible
HDL which is considered as good cholesterol is on the lower side, Consumption of omega 3 fatty acids will correct the issue. Omega 3 are rich in Nuts, fish and flax seeds.
Vitamin D deficiency can be corrected by supplementation with Cholecalciferol 60,000 units taken weekly once for 8 weeks followed by monthly once for 8 months.
