Hi
As per your description,it looks like Ascites i.e Collection of fluid inside the Abdomen.
It can be due to Liver failure,Heart failure, Infection, Malignancy etc.
I prefer an Ultrasound abdomen and also Asctic fluid analysis.
Depending upon the results, treatment will be given.
For bloating due to Gas ,I prescribe Rabeprazole along with Levosulpiride to my patients.
Nothing to worry.
