Hello and welcome,

For acute anal fissure that is grade I to II, I usually suggest the following:
- shield cream to be applied in and around anal area before passing stools. This helps in reducing pain
- Regular application of vaseline, thick cream like diaper rash cream or any oil in the anal area atleast twice a day until recovery
- drink cleaner water with lower TDS

This usually helps in resolving the issue in few days
