Question : Hi doctor I wanted to know what is the best way to remove smegma underneath the foreskin in a short amount of time?

The best way is to retract the foreskin daily at showers and cleaning with soap and water.
If it is a problem and smegma collects often, it is better to get your foreskin removed by circumcision.
