Question : I was bite by some bug yesterday and its pussing and swollen have four spots like this should I be concerned?

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
This type of insect bite is mostly inconsequential and self limited mostly.
You should be watchful on it's size and appearance.
If it grows in size or becomes painful then you should review to a local physician.
Most likely the lesions will subside in coming 4-5days.
