Question : i have what looks like a bite on my upper arm..it doesnt itch but it hurts when i touch it like a bruise would hurt...its also warm to the touch..what could it be..ive had it for 4 days....i noticed what felt like sunburn on my lower arm a few days before the bump appeared..but i know i wasnt sunburned...then that feeling went away but the bump appeared...you cant really see it that well in the picture..but there are little tiny bumps that make up the one big bump...i dont have a fever or feel sick...its just that the bump is really sore and after four days it doesnt seem to be improving..

                                       Hi,
Welcome to XXXXXXX
You have developed Dermatitis, which may be due to infection, injury, allergy or a reaction to insect bite.
As it is not possible to see it clearly, you should consult a skin specialist for examination.
You should get your blood sugar (F&PP) & T&DLC with eosinofil count tested.
Meanwhile, you can take some anti-histaminic like levoceterizine-5mg once or twice daily and apply surfaz-sn/quadriderm ointment locally twice daily with consultation to your doctor.
If you have any further query in this regard, please feel free to ask.
With good wishes,
